Dear Readers,

It gives us great pleasure to bring you the fourth issue of our very
beloved Great Dane Magazine.

If you have this magazine in your hands, I guess that no matter
where you go or which part of the world you belong to, Great Danes
are a prominent part of your everyday conversation. We have created
for you a great spectrum of interesting articles that should bring you
information, a great moment of pleasant reading and new subjects
to discuss and talk about.

In this issue, we have spoken with breeders, handlers and owners
about their journey and inspiration. Specialists and vets have given
us insight into important issues and conditions which we should all
be aware of. We have also given you a sneak peek into the life of a
Dane in Edinburgh; discussed the differences between the FCI, AKC,
CKC and KC breed standards; and what it’s like to own a Great Dane
in Switzerland and much more. Curated with a lot of care, we have a
